Here’s how it works
STEP 1: SELECT A ROOM (OR ROOMs)
Choose the room or rooms that you want to design or remodel.
Once you pay for your package, you will be directed to our calendar to schedule your initial design consultation call.
On our call we discuss your design vision, overall needs and budget.
At this time, if you paid for a CAD drawing to be included, we will walk you though on how to measure your space.
STEP 2: RESEARCH & DESIGN
We do all the of the back end research and put together your overall design concept specifically for your unique space. This includes compiling and selecting all of the right surface materials, fixtures and finishes to compliment your specific space.
STEP 3: DESIGN PRESENTATION
On our second online conference call we present and walk you through our design concept of the space, showing you each surface material, paint color, fixture and finishes to help communicate the overall vision to you.
Our goal is always to get it done right the first time, but of course your feedback is important. Therefore, your package does include one material re-selection if you’d like to make any changes to what we present to you.
Additional material or fixtures changes will be billed separately to cover the time it takes to travel to our resource showrooms and research other options.
STEP 4: LIST OF ITEMs & material samples
We then ship out a box of the material samples, along with your own personal design book with photos and a guideline, so you have everything you need when you’re ready to get started!
Because demo’ng a space before you have the material, fixtures OR a PLAN, is inviting a renovation disaster that will take twice as long to finish.
